Little Ships are a duo from Perth. Describing themselves as "folkgaze", the band meld traditional folk sounds with something a touch more challenging. Little Ships are rather partial to Smog, Joanna Newsom, Built To Spill, Frightened Rabbit and Yo La Tengo. It's a fair bet that some of that fondness has found its way into the Little Ships sound.
